What We Collect

We believe in collecting as little data as possible:

• Your email address - Only if you subscribe to our newsletter. We manage subscriptions with self-hosted Listmonk, and deliver emails through Amazon SES. Your email address is shared with Amazon SES only for delivery purposes.
• Anonymous website analytics - We use self-hosted Umami to understand how people use our site (like which pages are popular). This is completely anonymous and doesn't use cookies or track you personally.
• That's it - No user accounts, no tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling, no ad networks.

What We Do With It

Your data stays with us:

• Newsletter emails go to our subscribers (delivered via Amazon SES)
• Analytics help us improve the website
• We respond to your questions if you contact us
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers
• The only third party that sees your email is Amazon SES, and only to deliver your newsletters

Where It Lives

Your subscription data and analytics are self-hosted on our own infrastructure. For email delivery, we use Amazon SES. Your email isn't sitting in some marketing company's database. Your analytics aren't feeding Google or Facebook.

Your Rights

You're in control:

• Unsubscribe anytime - Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link
• Request your data - Want to see what we have? Just ask
• Delete your data - Want it gone? We'll delete it
• No questions asked - These are your rights, not favors

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you're subscribed to our newsletter, we'll let you know about significant changes.
